Addressed highlighting and focusing behavior when JSON Data changes (Issue #308)::
When the user modifies the JSON data and the search input no longer matches any nodes, the previously highlighted and focused nodes are now cleared. This ensures no stale highlights or focus remain when the data changes.
When the user modifies the JSON data and the search input once again matches nodes, those nodes are highlighted and focused as expected. This ensures the highlight and focus behavior remains functional after data changes.
